PURPOSE: A minimization handling method of drive tests in wireless access technology change is provided to minimize the drive test by receiving MDT(Minimization of Drive Tests) measurement configuration from a first RAT(Radio Access Technology). CONSTITUTION: A mobile apparatus receives MDT measurement configuration from a first RAT(Radio Access Technology) of plural RAT(Radio Access Technologies)(310). The mobile apparatus executes a timer for logging MDT corresponding to a timer value of the MDT measurement configuration(320). In case the mobile apparatus changes the first RAT into a second RAT, the mobile apparatus executes or re-executes the timer(330).
