<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user by proposing operation start time or operation finish time the user has never imagined and by simplifying setting operation of desired operation time the user carries out. <P>SOLUTION: A household electric appliance 1 comprises: an operation time calculation unit 16 which, based on desired operation time acquired by an operation information acquisition unit 11, electric power charge information acquired by an electric power charge information acquisition unit 15, and operation period information read out by an operation information reading unit 13, at least calculates first operation start time until when an electric power charge will be less than a prescribed charge in a first operation pattern in which operation of an electric appliance is finished at or before the desired operation time, and second operation start time until when an electric power charge will be less than the prescribed charge in a second operation pattern in which time is within a prescribed time period from the desired operation time and operation of an electric appliance is finished after the desired operation time, and a notification unit 19 which notifies a user of the first and second operation start time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
