<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stern fin capable of controlling a flow flowing into a propeller, and improving a self-sailing element, in a low speed full ship such as a bulk carrier and a tanker having a block coefficient (Cb) of more than 0.8 and having a hull form stern in which the neighborhood located at an approximate 0.5 near-station is narrowed down in the hull central direction. <P>SOLUTION: In the low speed full ship such as the bulk carrier and the tanker having the block coefficient (Cb) of 0.8 or more and having the hull form stern in which the neighborhood located at the approximate 0.5 near-station is narrowed down in the hull central direction, the fin stern 1 has a trapezoidal section in which an upper base is shorter than a lower base, having a length of 2-3 %Lpp and a thickness of 100 to 150 mm, having the fin stern of a projection width from the hull side by approximately 1 m is symmetrically located with respect to the hull center.
