<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new input operation device and a new input operation system capable of assisting an input operation in a static capacitance type touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: An input operation device system 1 includes: an electrode panel 12 in which a plurality of electrode units including a plurality of electrode plates and switches provided between the plurality of electrode plates, for switching between connection and disconnection with each other in the electrode plates, are arranged in matrix from, the electrode panel disposed in contact with or adjacent to a touch panel 104; and a control controller 50 connected to the electrode panel 12, for controlling driving of the switches in the electrode units provided in the electrode panel 12. Driving control of the switches changes coupling capacitance of the electrode plates to change static capacitance at corresponding positions on the touch panel 104, thereby allowing action similar to a touch operation to be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
