<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge plastering machine which forms a flat ridge top with even height. <P>SOLUTION: The ridge plastering machine includes a soil-heaping part which heaps up soil and a ridge-top-former 5 which fastens and hardens the heaped soil prepared by the soil-heaping part and forms a horizontal plane-like ridge top. The ridge-top-former 5 is equipped with a ridge-top-forming member 81 that rotates around the axis d of eccentric rotation, which moves to draw a circle around a standard central axis c, and fastens and hardens the heaped soil to form the ridge top. The ridge-top-forming member 81 forms a periphery of an approximately polygonal shape from a side view.
