<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass yarn winding copper wire having high productivity and excellent in conductivity, and softening temperature, and surface quality and a production method of glass yarn winding copper wire. <P>SOLUTION: A glass yarn winding copper wire 1 comprises a conductor, a glass yarn winding layer formed with a glass yarn bundle winded around the conductor, and an insulating layer where insulating varnish is impregnated on the glass yarn winding layer. The conductor contains pure copper, oxygen of a concentration of 2 mass ppm or higher, an additional element selected from the group consisting of a Ti, Mg, Zr, Nb, Ca, V, Ni, Mn, and Cr, and the rest is an inevitable impurity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
