The drug delivery device comprises a first medicament. A movable reservoir (250) is contained within the housing. A pre-determined volume of a second medicament is contained within the reservoir. An injection needle (230) is configured within the housing and the needle arrangement is arranged in fluid communication with the movable reservoir. A spring (210) can drive a piston (270) of the movable reservoir (250) to dispense the drugs.
