The device has two bearing sleeves arranged at ends of support bar (1). A first bent portion is provided in direction parallel to axis of standing leg ends, such that four legs in its position is made to project the support bar from ground in raised position. The bent processing portion is provided perpendicular to the axis of the standing leg end. The length of each supporting leg are same, such that the one standing leg provided in rest position in parallel state with respect to supporting leg does not project beyond in the direction of its leg end.
