PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system is provided to control an indoor apparatus and an outdoor apparatus by using plural temperature control units. CONSTITUTION: Plural temperature control apparatuses(110, 211, 212, 310, 410) transmit input operation conditions through a power cable communication unit. Plural indoor apparatuses(121-124, 221, 222, 321, 322, 421-424) are connected with a power cable through the temperature control unit. The indoor apparatuses changes driving conditions according to operation conditions inputted by the temperature control unit. Plural outdoor apparatuses(131, 132, 230, 330, 421, 432) are connected with the temperature control unit through the power cable. The outdoor apparatuses change the operation condition inputted by the temperature control unit.
