PURPOSE: A material process stock allocation/production planning system about the most facility of post-process is provided to prevent the generation of material lacking situation in a post-process and to implement rationalization of production and reduction in stock through efficient allocation of stock. CONSTITUTION: An MES production plan system(10) supplies an inputted produced plan to a facility after inputting a manufacturing plan. The MES production plan system receives an actual result which is produced from the facility through an interface. A material process planner(20) inspects whether material is deficient in a molding process through a simulation.
