摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid slurry composition for the food addition, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a fat composition as an emulsifying stabilizer for improving storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a slurry composition for the food addition comprises the following steps: mixing 20-60 parts of inorganic solid by weight with 1-70 parts soybean dietary fibers, arabic gum, or their mixture by weight; and adding 0.001-20 parts of fat composition by weight into the mixture as an emulsifying stabilizer, and inserting purified water before crushing and dispersing. The inorganic solid is selected from the group consisting of a calcium agent including calcium carbonate or calcium phosphate, chalybeate including ferric pyrophosphate or pyrophosphate sodium, and their mixture.
