<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material processing apparatus that reduces a failure caused by the contact of a user with a feeding material. <P>SOLUTION: The recording material processing apparatus includes: a lateral stacking part 70 where a recording material is stacked; a lateral ejection roll 25 ejecting the recording material to the lateral stacking part 70; a first cover 81 covering the lateral ejection roll 25 and forming a space through which the recording material fed out of the lateral ejection roll 25 passes between the lateral stacking part 70 and the first cover; and a second cover 83 extending from the first cover 81 toward a downstream in a transfer direction and a stacking surface and suppressing the intrusion of a finger to the lateral ejection roll 25 by the end contacting with the stacking surface or the recording material to be stacked when the finger enters a gap between the first cover part 81 and the stacking surface from the downstream in the transfer direction of the recording material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
