PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system that properly displays a screen where frame images of a plurality of video images are arranged.

SOLUTION: A data receiving unit 60 of a client 12 or a synthetic image generation unit 50 of a cloud service 10 acquires frame images of a plurality of video images. A screen generation unit 66 of the client 12 generates a screen which includes the acquired frame images. The screen generation unit 66 generates a screen where each frame image is positioned based on the settings according to predetermined rules.
