<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon provision device capable of solving the problems such as a difficulty to fully motivate members to purchase a coupon. <P>SOLUTION: The coupon provision device includes setting means for setting a coupon price, a purchase period and a sales quantity, purchase request reception means for receiving purchase requests of the coupon by users, and provision determination means for determining the provision of the coupon to the users who have made the purchase request when the number of the purchase request has reached the sales quantity in the purchase period.
