<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly identify a causal part even for any other associated software than a Web application server. <P>SOLUTION: A fault analysis apparatus includes error detection means 102 for a server, an associated error list 104 associating log output contents in error occurrence with associated errors which may become causes of error, an associated software list 105 associating output contents to a log in error occurrence with any other associated software than the server possible to be associated with the occurring error, error analysis means 103 which analyzes the log from server initiation start to error occurrence and, when any associated error corresponding to output contents occurs, notifies a user that the associated error causes the error, and associated software investigation means 106 which analyzes the log from the server initiation start to error occurrence in the case where no associated error occurs, and, when any abnormality occurs in associated software corresponding to the output contents, notifies the user that the abnormality causes the error. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
