<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding system capable of preventing a molding material from being caught into a valve for material piping to improve production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The injection molding system is provided with: the injection machine 1 for melting and injecting the molding material; a molding material supply device 2 for supplying the molding material into the injection machine 1; a material tank 13 storing the molding material and communicating with the molding material supply device 2; and a valve 19 provided to intercept the communication of the material tank 13 and the molding material supply device 2 with each other. The transfer of the molding material from the material tank 13 to the molding material supply device 2 is carried out by sucking the atmosphere of the molding material supply device 2 and the material tank 13. A control means 22 is further provided for detecting the difference of pressure between the material tank 13 and the molding material supply device 2 when a command to intercept the communication of the material tank 13 with the molding material supply device 2 is received and closing the valve 19 when the difference of the pressure becomes equal to or below a prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
