<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem existed in that at the time of dividing a multi-media content to be transmitted to multiple terminals, a user instructs to associate a terminal and a multi-media content and registers the association, and with reference to that which has been specified and registered, a content according to a type of the terminal is transmitted such as a still picture for FAX, a character for a mail, voice for a phone, which requires an instruction and an operation of a user, and a complicated operation. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus of the present invention comprises analysis means which analyses an input image; extraction means which extracts a handwriting part described in the input image; specifying means which specifies a processing target area from the extracted handwriting part; obtaining means which obtains device information of a transmission destination; segmentation means which performs segmentation processing for the processing target area according to the obtained device information; format means which formats the image subjected to the segmentation processing; and transmission means which transmits the formatted image to the transmission destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
