<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive circular saw blades from which a blade of specifications responding to a shape of a cutting object can be chosen. <P>SOLUTION: The circular saw blade includes: a base section 2 which rotates; and a plurality of blade edge formed chips 6 which cover the whole periphery of the base section 2. The base section 2 has same-size recessed steps 21a alternately on both sides of its outer peripheral edge, and the respective blade edge formed chips 6 each have a fitting part 6b which fits the recessed step on its inner part side. The fitting parts of the blade edge formed chips, the recessed steps of the base section and end faces of adjacent blade edge formed chips are integrated by brazing or welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
