<p>Disclosed is a method for selecting a core network operator in a wireless network share. The method includes: initiating by user equipment (UE) a location update (401); receiving and parsing by a media gateway (MGW) a location update request sent via a radio network controller/base station controller (RNC/BSC), and selecting a mobile switching centre server (MSCS) according to the user identity parsed out (402). Also disclosed is a system for selecting a core network operator in a wireless network share. By way of the method and system, the function of selecting an MSC node (NNSF) for the user can be achieved by connecting the MGW to the RNC and/or BSC, the access network side can achieve sharing of the wireless network without being reformed, and if modification or debugging is required, this need only be done at the core network side, which is also more convenient.</p> |
