Outer contours of the primary and secondary cams comprise a raised portion seen from two rotation directions (17) around the rotational axis. The outer contours together comprise a ramp adjacent to the raised portion for sliding and slipping the outer contours. An independent claim is also included for an adjustable steering column comprising a clamping bolt coaxially arranged in a rotational axis.
