PURPOSE: A pool for fishing banks and a system for monitoring the same are provided to monitor the utilization state of aquatic animals within artificial fish reefs on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A pool for fishing banks comprises: a structure which is installed in an aquatic living land and in which aquatic animals inhabit; a water level control unit(90) which is connected to the structure, is installed in a fountainhead for being provided water from the outside, and maintains the water level of the structure in a specified range; a display unit(70) which is equipped in the structure and takes a photograph of the structure; and a power supply unit(100) supplying power to the water level control unit and display unit.
