PURPOSE: A method for sharing digital content and a system thereof are provided to offer a personalized integrated content list to a user, and share the content list information through an SNS with an activated communication activity. CONSTITUTION: A user generates a purchase request message with a content identifier to purchase digital content. The user transmits the purchase request message to a content providing server(200). The content providing server transmits the content which is included in the purchase request message. The user stores the received content. The content providing server transmits content meta data according to the purchase of the user to an integrated management server(300). The integrated management server registers the purchased digital content by analyzing the content meta data.
