PURPOSE: A hair rod is provided to improve the work convenience of a user and to reduce working hour. CONSTITUTION: A hair rod comprises a twist perm hair rod main body(10) and a hook type hair fixing unit(20). The twist perm hair rod main body is formed in a cylinder form and forms helix grooves on the outer circumference thereof. In both sides of the twist perm hair rod main body, hanging jaws are formed. In both sides of the hook type hair fixing unit, loops are formed to be detachably combined with the hanging jaws. The hook type hair fixing unit presses and supports the hair reeled on the hair rod.
