TRANSISTOR TYPE SENSOR, AND MEASUREMENT METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor type sensor which is preferably used as a biosensor and the like and can perform measurement stably with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: A transistor type sensor comprises: a base material; transistor sections each having a function as a thin-film transistor; and a sensor section which is composed of a detecting electrode and an ion-sensitive film made of an insulation material and formed on the detecting electrode. The transistor sections and the sensor section are arranged so that alignment thereof is made on the same surface of the base material. Also, a plurality of the transistor sections is used and the plurality of the transistor sections is electrically connected to a single sensor section.
