<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device capable of preventing an air supply valve body from being hardly displaced. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid pumping device 1 having a working fluid inlet 11, a working fluid outlet 13, a liquid inlet 16 and a liquid outlet 17 provided to a sealed container 2 and switching opening and closing of the air supply valve body 21 opening and closing the air supply valve port 24 of the working fluid inlet 11 and opening and closing of an exhaust valve body 30 opening and closing the exhaust valve port 32 of the working fluid outlet 13 according to the height of a liquid surface of a liquid accumulated in the sealed container 2, a lower rising and falling rod 22 opening the air supply valve body 21 is integrally attached to the air supply valve body 21 to vertically guide the lower rising and falling rod 22 by a lower guiding member 20a, a plurality of ribs 26a with which the outer surface of the air supply valve body 21 comes into slide-contact are provided to the periphery of the air supply valve body 21 to vertically guide the outer surface of the air supply valve body 21 by inner surfaces of the plurality of ribs 26a and a cylindrical filter 23 is provided around the ribs 26a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
