<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle selector of a flat-knitting machine in which the appearing pattern of the selector raising cam is not fixed and the multiplicity and the flexibility can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: Each selector raising cam 2 is provided with a bi-stable solenoid 4 as a driving source to be able to appear individually. Since the selector raising cam 2 can be switched for the appearance and disappearance individually instead of being switched according to the fixed appearance pattern in response to the moving direction of the carriage, the machine can deal with various needs for the knitting by changing the combination of the cam system for use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
