The invention relates to the main elements of electrical equipment, specifically to electric insulators of overhead transmission line and serves as an element of a suspended insulator. A linear suspended insulator, mainly aerofoil profile, contains a metal cap, a metal bar and an insulation detail made of optical transparent hardened insulation glass, which consists of a head and a plate made as a sphere segment; on the low surface at least one circular rib is made, the base of the head lower part has a thickness overlapping the edge of the plate lower surface, the inner surface of the metal cap and external surface of the insulation detail head as well as the surface of metal bar and the internal surface of insulation detail head are connected to each other via a harden cement-sand type binder. The insulator has a thickening smoothly coupled around radii on one side with the inner side surface of the head, on the other side - with the lower surface of the plate, the height of the thickening (H) and depth of reinforcing, which is measured from the thickening base to the nearest surface of the harden cement-sand type binder, which is located between surface of metal bar and inner surface of the head, is not less than . Radius of coupling the thickness with the inner surface of the head (R) is not less than , the thickening width (B) is not less than . The thickness is measured as the minimal distance between vertical lines; the first line is located in the coupling point of the thickness side surface and harden cement-sand type binder, second line is drown in coupling point of thickness lower surface and plate bottom. The base of plate lower edge is drop-shaped and coupled to a rectangular shaped projection. The invention allows one to increase the level of permissible voltage in accordance to radio interferences level, also to increase aerodynamic characteristics and reliability of the insulating string operation in the case of atmosphere and industrial pollution. |
