摘要 The invention relates to heat-power engineering and can be used in gas-consuming water-heating boiler plants. A boiler plant comprises a boiler unit with furnace equipped with a gas-burner device, and with convective gas duct with placed there in sequence not less than two heat exchange surfaces connected with the main gas duct to chimney through arranged in sequence slide, water heater, gas-air heat exchanger and smoke exhauster, bypass gas duct with control device, drying air after-heater the gas cavity of which is included to the bypass gas duct, ventilator to the pressure branch pipe of which inlet of the gas-air heat exchanger is connected, the outlet of the last one is connected with a gas duct through air cavity of the drying air after-heater to the main gas duct between the gas-air heat exchanger and smoke exhauster. Section of air duct between the gas-air heat exchanger and the drying air after-heater is connected to the gas-burner device, and the inlet of the bypass gas duct is connected to the convective gas duct of the boiler unit between the first and the second heat exchange surfaces, outlet – to the main gas duct between the slide and the water heater, and the control device of bypass gas duct is placed between the drying air after-heater and the main gas duct. The invention provides decrease of losses of heat energy for drying outflow smoke gases and decrease of consumption of electric energy for the drives of ventilator and the smoke exhauster.
