FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to heating element containing heating unit, heat transfer unit and temperature sensor, at that heating unit contains the first compound based on epoxide resin or glass or compound based on ash-gel solution containing up to 90% of conductive powder in the form of uniform stable dispersion, in addition this powder consists of metals, ceramics, metal ceramics and semi-conductors; temperature sensor contains the second compound based on epoxide resin or glass or compound based on ash-gel solution containing up to 90% of conductive powder in the form of uniform stable dispersion, in addition this powder consists of metals, ceramics, metal ceramics and semi-conductors; heating unit and temperature sensor are made as two independent units, insulated electrically from each and fixed mechanically by heat transfer unit.
