FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: railroad sleeper contains two reinforced concrete elements under rail with all facilities for rail fastenings and medium connecting piece. Medium connecting piece is made of steel pipe with rectangular, round or shaped section which ends are embedded into reinforced concrete elements under rail. Ends of medium connecting piece are equipped with partitions from outside and inside of each reinforced concrete element. Rail fastenings are made integral with medium connecting piece and are installed in the area between partitions with their further concreting in reinforced concrete elements under rail. ^ EFFECT: improvement of rail fastenings reliability, technological effectiveness of rail manufacture, improvement of track stability due to increase of shearing resistance in ballast and rail fixation along their axes towards each other. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
