<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image processing support method, and an image processing support system capable of automatically determining the sameness of an input value and an output value which are comparison targets by newly forming an identification patch for identifying a density correction chart in addition to a correction patch constituting the density correction chart, and including identification information which identifies the density correction chart, in the identification patch. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a color sensor which measures a hue of a density correction chart to input a voltage value; an input part which inputs a density value of the density correction chart; and a control part which performs control of generating voltage density conversion information for converting the voltage value to the density value based on the voltage value and the density value. The density correction chart includes multiple correction patches and multiple identification patches. The identification patch is comprised of a density value which is different for each type of the density correction chart.
