<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device capable of safely stopping, even if a failure should occur, and quickly specifying a failure spot. <P>SOLUTION: In the plasma display device comprising: a panel; and a drive circuit for driving the panel, the drive circuit is mounted by being divided into a plurality of circuit boards, each of two or more circuit boards of which includes an abnormality detection part for detecting an operation abnormality to output an abnormality detection signal, and the drive circuit further includes an abnormality display circuit including: an abnormality detection signal memory having a reset function and storing an abnormality detection signal outputted first after a reset; a change-over switch for switching between the abnormality detection signal stored in the abnormality detection signal memory and an abnormality detection signal being outputted at present; and a display element for displaying the abnormality detection signal switched by the change-over switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
