<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management module redundant device capable of eliminating the stop of processing or the loss of information without using a shared memory or the like in the case of system switching. <P>SOLUTION: A management module redundant device (1) includes a line card (4) duplexed by active system and reserve system switch cards (2, 3) for managing the self-device, and configured to perform frame processing in the case of system switching of the switch cards (2, 3).
