<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily recognize an effect obtained in the case of executing correction and to perform the correction closer to the desire of the user. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more sample images for which at least one of a correction item and correction strength is different are generated by executing the correction to an original image using a sample image generation part 65, the generated sample images are printed in a printer unit 20, and the printed sample images including area specification by the user regarding the correction item and the correction strength are read in a scanner unit 30. The correction item, the correction strength and an area specification range are detected on the basis of the read sample images and the area specification included in the sample images using a detection part 56, and the correction corresponding to the detected correction item, correction strength and area specification range is executed to the original image to generate a target image using a target image generation part 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
