<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a unit as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: This device for conveying rolled paper includes: a first roller and a second roller arranged along a conveyance direction; a base member for supporting the first roller and the second roller rotatably around the respective center shafts thereof; a rotary shaft for rotatably supporting the base member along the normal direction of a virtual plane including the respective center shafts of the first roller and the second roller; a cam follower arranged on the base member and projecting in the normal direction; an eccentric cam rotating around a center shaft along the normal direction for rotating the base member around a rotary shaft by engaging with the cam follower; a worm wheel rotating coaxially by being integrated with the eccentric cam; a worm meshing with the worm wheel and extending along an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the normal direction; and a motor including a drive shaft along the orthogonal direction for driving the eccentric cam by transmitting drive force to the worm wheel by rotating the worm with the rotation of the drive shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
