<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grip a tool holder stably without causing damage to a changer arm, etc. and making a loud sound around. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic tool changer includes: a clamp block 21, openably and closably provided on the side of a changer arm 3, for gripping with a gripper 3a or ungripping a tool holder H; a drive shaft 7 placed inside an output shaft 2 and interlocked with a cam wheel 4 to move forward and backward; and a driving means 22 to 29 interlocked with forward and backward movement of the drive shaft 7 to open and close the clamp block 21. The drive shaft 7 is interlocked with the cam wheel 4 so that the clamp block 21 is opened at a position where the changer arm 3 does not grip the tool holder H and that the clamp block 21 is closed at a position where the changer arm 3 grips the tool holder H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
