<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rubber bale excellent in stability of bale shape, by producing a pellet by melting and kneading synthetic rubber using an extruder and cutting the extruded rubber, and then by compression-molding the pellet. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises: melting and kneading rubber using an extruder mounted with an extrusion die; extruding the melted rubber through the extrusion die; cutting the extruded rubber to produce a pellet; cooling the pellet in cooling water for a cooling time of 5 to 20 seconds; separating the pellet from the cooling water; drying the pellet under air flow of 5 to 40°C; measuring the pellet for a desired amount; and compression-molding, after separating the measured pellet, the measured pellet for an average elapsed time of 30 to 100 seconds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
