<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter enhanced in storage functions of fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A massive shape-retaining member 25 made of a porous material is arranged inside a filter member 24 formed into a shape of a sack with a filter sheet 23. This constitution allows a portion of the fuel filtered through the filter member 24 to be held in the pores of the shape-retaining member 25, thus storing the fuel in the filter member 24. Furthermore, the shape-retaining member 25 is formed with a through-hole leading the fuel into a suction opening and a flow channel groove 36 extending from the opening of the through-hole in order to facilitate the flowing-in of the fuel into the suction opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
