<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superabrasive wheel enabling a cutting ability in a cutting process to be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The superabrasive wheel 1 has: a disc-shaped superabrasive layer having a first side face 11 and a second side face 12 which face each other; and at least one of coating layers 21, 22 formed of nickel plating, which may be formed on the first and second side faces 11, 12, respectively.
