The present invention provides a light-bulb shaped lamp (100) comprising: a hollow globe (110) which has an opening (111) formed therein; an LED module (130) which comprises a base (140) and an LED chip (150) mounted on the base (140) and is accommodated within the globe (110); a stem (120) which is provided so as to extend from the opening (111) in the globe (110) to the vicinity of the LED module (130); and a restricting member (125) for restricting the movement of the LED module (130) with respect to the stem (120).
