PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to block a glare phenomenon due to a point light source by preventing light from a light source from being directly emitted to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An upper side of a case(100) is opened. A circuit board(200) is formed in the case. A light source(300) illuminates a surrounding environment through the upper side of the case. A light control layer(400) prevents light from being emitted to the outside of the case. A reflection unit(410) reflects a part of light. A diffusion member(500) scatters and diffuses light.
