A resources indication value (RIV) corresponds to an index of count start (S) for one set of serial virtual resources blocks (VRB) and length (L) of VRB blocks. The index of count start (S) is selected from the values 's', (where s=P+mT<NRB), and the length (L) is selected from the values T (where 1=K+nGëñNrb).
