PURPOSE: An incineration facility is provided to improve combustion efficiency of a first incinerator by increasing retention time of incineration gas in the first incinerator by a flame backflow preventing device. CONSTITUTION: An incineration facility includes a first incinerator(110), a second incinerator(120), a flame backward preventing device(130), a waste heat recovering device(140), and a post processing device(150). The first incinerator is injected incinerating articles and oxidizer to firstly burn the incinerating articles. The second incinerator secondarily burns incineration gas. In case that input ratio of the oxidizer with respect to an input quantity of the incinerating articles is lower than the set ratio, the flame backward preventing device sprays inert fluid to the incineration gas to prevent backflow of the flame of the first and the second incinerator when the incinerating articles are burned in the first incinerator under reduction atmosphere. The waste heat recovering device collects heat from the incineration gas which is secondarily burned in the second incinerator. The post processing device treats pollutant from the incineration gas passing through the waste heat recovering device.
