PURPOSE: A cloud computing system of a dispersion server including a power supply control based grid system is provided to minimize power consumption by using idle computer by each unit. CONSTITUTION: In-house computers(220) use electronic document management system service. An inside computer sub server(210) stores data of the electronic document management system using the storage capacity of in-house computers and periodically outputs the use of the in-house computer and load information by periodically checking the storage capacity. A sub server(400) stores the data of the electronic document management system through internet and outputs the load information. A main server(100) searches data which is stored in the in-house computer storage and offers the searched data.
