FILAMENT ELASTIC NONWOVEN FABRIC HAVING BOTH FITTING PROPERTY AND SOFT TOUCH FEELING, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable filament nonwoven fabric that can be applied to various products by imparting both fitting property and a soft touch feeling to the nonwoven fabric, and to provide a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: A filament elastic nonwoven fabric having both fitting ability and a soft touch feeling is formed of core-sheath type conjugated filaments, each including: a sheath part formed of a polymer component A which contains a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) having a melt index of 25 to 35 g/10 min at 190°C and a density of 0.9515 to 0.9565 g/cm3, and constitutes at least a part of the filament surface; and a core part formed of a polymer component B which contains a propylene-based elastomer polymer. Since the filament elastic nonwoven fabric having this structure is improved to have both the fitting property and the soft touch feeling by a simple production process, it can be used in various industries, and can be applied in a wide range.
