<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for a sprinkler head, enabling to attach and detach piping filled with water and the sprinkler head in the state of stopping water between them. <P>SOLUTION: The joint 10 for the sprinkler head includes a plug 50 connected with the sprinkler head 100 and a socket 20 connected with the piping 4, to/from which the plug 50 is attached and detached. The socket 20 includes a water stopping mechanism 21 for opening a flow path in a state where the plug 50 is mounted and closing the flow path in a state where the plug 50 is detached. In the state where the plug 50 is detached from the socket 20, when a pushing operation to the side of the piping 4 is performed, the water stopping mechanism 21 opens the flow path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
