<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of dissolving hydrogen gas in a beverage. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen dissolved water producing device 10 includes: a beverage container 12 for containing beverage 11; and an electrolytic tank 13 for electrolyzing water. A turbo type pump 25 is provided in a circulation flow path 24 connecting a suction inlet 22 and a discharge outlet 23, which are formed on the beverage container 12. The beverage 11 is circulated between the beverage container 12 and the circulation flow path 24 by the turbo type pump 25. A porous ceramic is fixed at the end of the circulation flow path 24 of a supply flow path 26 connecting the electrolytic tank 13 and the circulation flow path 24, and micro air bubbles are supplied into the beverage 11 in the circulation flow path 24 by a mixture gas of hydrogen gas and oxygen gas generated in the electrolytic tank 13 passing through the porous ceramic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
