<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve space factor in a structure in which an insulating film part is formed on a conductor part of conductive wire coated with insulating film. <P>SOLUTION: A cross-sectional surface of a conductive part 52 of a coil winding 50 is basically in a rectangle shape, and each side of the rectangular is curved outward. Concretely, longer sides of the rectangular curves with curvature radius R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, and shorter sides of the rectangular curves with curvature radius R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. The curvature radius R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are set so that thickness of an insulating film part 54 at a corner of the conductive part 52 is to be the same with thickness of the insulating film part 54 at each side, considering surface tension of thermoplastic resin and the like. That is, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are set so that distance L becomes shortest. The distance L is with the insulating film part between center parts of respective sides of neighboring conductor parts facing with each other, when another coil winding is stacked on the coil winding 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
