<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce a load on a system concerning the computer telephony integration (CTI) system for transmitting origination source information of a telephone set of a caller to a client terminal which is arranged on the inner side of a firewall for separation from the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A CTI system includes an incoming call waiting server 3 arranged between client terminals 4 and a CTI server 1 on a network. The client terminals 4 are arranged on the inner side of a firewall 201 for separation from the Internet 500, the CTI server 1 is positioned on the outer side, and the incoming call waiting server 3 is on the inner side. The CTI server 1 transfers an incoming call from an external telephone set 6 to internal telephone sets 5 and also transmits origination source information to the incoming call waiting server 3.
