ASSEMBLY APPARATUS OF FPD MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly apparatus of an FPD module which shortens feed time of a protective sheet and reduces the size of the apparatus by disposing a feeding mechanism on a lateral side of a crimp head.

SOLUTION: An assembly line 10 of an FPD module includes a crimp head 330B, a protective sheet 340B, and a sheet feeding mechanism 350B. The crimp head 330B has multiple upper blades 331 and performs thermo compression bonding to bond a mounting member to a display substrate 1 through an anisotropic conductive film. The protective sheet 340B is disposed between the crimp head 330B and the mounting member. The sheet feeding mechanism 350B feeds the protective sheet 340B inclining the protective sheet 340B in a horizontal direction relative to a direction that the multiple upper blades 331 are arranged.
